This franchise is owned by Blion Industries, a privately owned limited liability company (LLC), dedicated to upholding the mission and vision of Zerorez®. They also stand by the golden rule in treating people how we want to be treated while offering the highest quality and best cleaning solutions at competitive prices.
About the Owners
Zerorez® Florida North Central (FLNC) is powered by the Ripley Brothers, Warren and Robert (Believe It Or Not). Warren spent 12 years as a nuclear engineer/mechanic on submarines for the Navy. After leaving the Navy, he moved out to Colorado and started working for Coors over 20 years ago. His understanding of water, machines, processes, etc., gives us a distinct edge over our competitors. Since 1995, after the Marines, Robert has been involved in the I.T. industry. Building his business led him to be Vice President for a large I.T. provider. This business sense will help us organically grow our brand and be a part of our local community. I’m sure you figured out; we are a veteran-owned business. We believe the military instills a certain fundamental list of leadership skills and work ethic that we bring to you and our Zerorez® Florida North Central franchise. Lastly, Warren and Robert hope that you find our business is more of a partnership. You want to have a clean house, and we want to help you the best way possible.
Warren and Robert Ripley looked at different franchises and decided on Zerorez® for a few reasons:
