How does Zerorez® charge for carpet cleaning?
Each franchise site establishes its specific pricing structure. However, Zerorez® typically charges per room. In most locations, a room is defined as an area of between 200 and 250 square feet. Other areas, such as hallways, staircases, bathrooms, and area rugs, are billed separately. Thus, please contact your local franchise for a quotation based on your specific cleaning requirements.

Do you have a guarantee? What does it cover?
Zerorez® backs its products with a 30-day Gotta Love It Guarantee™! So if, for any reason, you are disappointed with your cleaning within 30 days, we will gladly return and re-treat the areas you are unsatisfied with.
Do I have to be present for my scheduled cleaning service?
While we urge you or an adult to you or an adult to be present for your service, it is not obligatory. We enjoy having someone there to confirm the areas to be cleaned, discuss alternatives, and handle any concerns during the service. In addition, our service technicians are full-time employees, not independent contractors, and we are fully insured. Generally, we collect money after the job is completed, so if you will be away from home, please make arrangements with our representative to acquire access to the property (keys, codes, and how we lock up after we are finished) and arrange for payment.
What is Zr Clean™?
The cleaning services offered by Zerorez® are based on our patented Zr Clean™ technology. Zr Clean™ is electrolyzed and oxidized water upgraded to provide a powerful cleaning solution that cleans like detergent but is safe enough for drinking. Zr Clean™ functions as an effective cleaning agent, eliminating the need for toxic soaps and detergents. Moreover, soapy residue sticks to carpet fibers and continues to attract dust and dirt over time, causing your carpet to become dirtier more quickly. In a nutshell, Zerorez's patented cleaning procedure ensures that your carpets dry faster and remain clean for longer.
Does Zerorez® clean anything other than carpets?
As a result of Zerorez®'s patent-pending Zr Clean™ technology's exceptional performance on all surfaces, we're happy to offer a comprehensive range of cleaning services, such as tile and grout cleaning, upholstery cleaning, stone cleaning, glass cleaning, stainless steel cleaning, and more.

Is there a cancellation fee if I suddenly cancel my appointment?
Cancellation fees may incur depending on the situation. Kindly contact us to inquire about our cancellation policy. We acknowledge that life can be busy and that unforeseen events can affect your routine. Our team does everything to be as accommodating as possible, but we welcome advance notification (ideally a few days) for us to alter our schedule accordingly.
How do you treat pet odors and stains? Do you charge extra for the treatment?
If you choose not to treat your pet even when required, your 30-day Gotta Love It Guarantee™ will be voided for that part of your house. If you're concerned about potential biological hazards, your cleaning specialist should be able to check the carpet using a special UV light that illuminates the contaminants within. Our highly skilled cleaning specialists will detect problem areas and analyze the contamination's degree.
Do you clean area rug off-site or in-home?
We clean some types of area rugs in your house as long as they do not contain biological contaminants (such as urine, blood, excrement, or vomit) and are cleaned on a suitable surface. For instance, we would not clean an area rug directly on top of your picturesque hardwood floors. Kindly inquire with us, and we will gladly quote you a price for your area rug cleaning needs.
What should I do before my Zerorez® appointment?
A few days before your service, we'll send you an email with several helpful cleaning advice before we arrive at your property:
1. Kindly vacuum the areas we will be cleaning thoroughly.
2. We operate one-person teams, so we request that you relocate the furniture you wish to have moved. If you require our assistance with moving the furniture, please notify us in advance for us to send a two-person crew.
3. We do not transfer large or heavy pieces of furniture such as pianos, entertainment centers, bookcases, or large beds. Additionally, we do not move devices such as TVs, game systems, computers, or lamps.
Why do you avoid moving large items, breakables, and electronics?
We request that you remove all small items from the room before our arrival or arrange assistance relocating the smaller items from us. Otherwise, your service technician will only work the area around anything left in the room as clean as possible.
I’ve had my carpet cleaned before, and it took days to dry. Should I expect the same from Zerorez®?
Our patented wand is engineered to thoroughly rinse carpet fibers without ever flooding the padding. Additionally, we utilize custom-designed fans (air movers) to improve airflow and shorten the drying time. Our average dry time is between four and eight hours. However, it may take longer or shorter depending on the temperature and humidity levels within the home.
While waiting for your carpets to dry, it is perfectly fine to walk on the damp carpet, as long as your feet are clean. You are welcome to request a complimentary pair of shoe coverings from your cleaning specialist.
Do you apply any protector to my carpet?
Over time, your carpet's resistance to soiling and staining deteriorates, causing spills and spots to develop permanent stains. We utilize the best protectant available in the market. For a quick estimate, please get in touch with us.
How often should I ask professionals to clean my carpet?
Zerorez®'s patent-pending cleaning technology outperforms standard HWE, ensuring that you can keep your carpet's guarantee. Moreover, cleaning your carpet more frequently will extend its life.
What can you do about the residues left behind by other carpet cleaners and Do-It-Yourself spotting chemicals?
Zerorez®'s carpet pre-conditioner is soap- and detergent-free, ensuring that we do not worsen the problem. First, we begin dissolving the residues in your carpet by pre-treating and agitating it. Then, we can drain out a significant amount of the existing stains and residue by thoroughly rinsing the carpet with our patent-pending cleaning technique and Zr Clean™.
Depending on the amount of residue attached to your carpet’s fibers, we may not be able to completely remove it the first time we clean. Therefore, after cleaning with the Zerorez method, you must use no soaps or detergents on the carpet. For future spotting needs, we may send bottles of our carpet-friendly spotting agents and Zr Clean™. We will refill the bottles at no additional charge whenever we return to clean your furnishings.
Do you have any in-home cleaning products I can purchase?
Yes. We provide three items for your DIY spotting needs.
1. We provide an environmentally friendly spotter that’s soap- and detergent-free. This solution is excellent for general spots on common spills such as food or soda and general soiling.
2. We offer an enzyme-based deodorizer effective against pet stains and other unpleasant household odors.
3. Additionally, we offer our Zr Clean™ for spot cleaning and carpet rinsing. We will refill the bottles at no additional price whenever we perform more work in your house or company.
